3. Reservation and Payment

• All prices are in Turkish Lira and include taxes.
• Reservations are confirmed upon completion of payment.
• Cancellation and modification conditions may vary depending on the service type.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies.
• Hotel reservations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
• Visa application fees are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Siena Tourism cannot be held responsible for decisions made by airlines, hotels, and third-party service providers. Flight cancellations, delays, or hotel issues are the responsibility of the respective organizations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to Siena Tourism and cannot be used without permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from these terms.
